1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you (“you”) and FlowHubly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the FlowHubly application and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use most features, you must create an account and:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your password secure and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

  • Damage, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ accounts.
  • Upload malware or malicious code.
  • Collect personal data without consent.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create, submit, or display in the Service (“User Content”).

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content only as necessary to operate and improve the Service, including for collaborators you authorize.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, the Service and its original content and features are the property of FlowHubly and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account in the app settings or by contacting support.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.

9. Governing Law & Contact
